Loveroop is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. She earned her Master’s of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University in 2016. Loveroop completed her internship at Renton Area Youth and Family Services where she discovered her connection with the youth as well as their families through art and play therapy.
After graduation, Loveroop moved to the Tri Cities and continued working with the youth, families, and adults from diverse populations and backgrounds at Catholic Charities. Loveroop utilizes a holistic approach when treating clients, including looking at biopsychosocial and spiritual aspects that shape individuals.
Loveroop’s theoretical approach includes: Narrative therapy, Solution-focused therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. She uses a strengths-based approach to empower clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential. She has worked with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral problems, grief, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, among others. Her passion lies in working alongside individuals and families to help explore ways to make positive changes in their lives in order to instill hope for their present and future.
