Jolyn Culley
Mental Health Counselor
As a therapist specializing in family systems, I work with individuals, couples, and families to explore and strengthen the connections that matter most. My approach is rooted in narrative therapy, helping clients reshape the stories they tell about themselves and their relationships. I also draw on emotion-focused techniques to deepen emotional awareness and foster compassionate understanding. I chose this career because I believe that relationships have the power to change the world. By helping clients develop healthier, more meaningful relationships, I hope to support lasting positive change that radiates beyond the therapy room. I earned my bachelor’s in psychology from Western Washington University and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I was blessed to do my internship at Columbia Community Church. Integrating my faith into sessions with clients was an edifying and valuable experience. I am glad to incorporate my Christian faith into therapy sessions upon request. In my free time, I enjoy geocaching, watching movies, having game nights with my family, or enjoying a glass of wine with a friend.
